The Individual Awards recognise individuals who can prove outstanding project management achievements, regardless of scale or the number of projects completed.

The IPMA Project Manager of the Year is the one who most effectively demonstrate their project management competences regardless of the scale number, complexity or type of project(s) referenced. The judges focuses on the qualities of the individual, not the project.

The finalist is offered a pre-paid ticket to the IPMA World Congress and the Gala and an entry to the IPMA Awards Winners Club.
