This three-day training is organized for anyone interested in understanding and who would like to be able to apply the IPMA Project Excellence Model in their projects, programs, and/or organizations. This training is for IPMA Project Excellence Award applicant organizations, (potential) Awards Assessors, and Judges who would like to participate in the IPMA Global Awards competition. Active Project Excellence Award Assessors are required to participate in this training at least every five years.

Upon completion of the training, you will:

• Understand the intricacies of the Project Excellence model, encompassing assessment criteria, feedback processes, and the application of the IPMA PEB in organizational settings.
• Confidently apply the acquired skills to enhance project excellence within your organization.
• Be able to participate in IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards as an applicant or assessor.
